The above referenced dog/puppy is being sold to the purchaser(s) in good health and has been thoroughly examined by a licensed Veterinarian with age appropriate shots and worming & Micro-chipped and registration papers.

After your new puppy arrives home you have a total of 1 years from the day of purchase to reveal any any congenital defects that will affect the day to day life of your puppy or cause it not to live a normal active life. In the event that something should happen under the guarantee to the said dog/puppy.

I will.

• Option #1 exchange that puppy for one from the next available litter of the same sex and price of the 1^st puppy.

• Option #2 refund total purchase price of said puppy.

Parvo is a canine virus that is deadly to puppies. It can be contagious to puppies even after they have had their first and second shots. Puppies do not have their full immunity to disease until 2 weeks after their 3 and last booster vaccine. I recommend vaccinating puppies every 3-4 weeks for a total of 3 shots. Your pup will have his/her first shots @ 6 weeks . Next vaccinations due @ 10 weeks & 14 weeks of age.

When bringing your new puppy home it is best to keep them isolated from dogs that are not fully vaccinated and from areas where sick or unknown dogs may have been. This will prevent your puppy from catching any disease before it has all his vaccines and full immunity.

If for any reason Purchaser cannot keep said dog/puppy and cannot find a suitable home, we ask that the puppy be returned to breeder. I don’t want to see any of my puppies in a shelter. I will then in turn find a suitable home for the puppy/dog.

**All puppies are sold on a Spay- Neuter contract, unless he or she is going to a show home, or otherwise agreed upon purchaser and breeder. Puppy should be spayed/neutered by the age agreed upon by you & your Veterinarian usually 6 months. Note: By spaying/neutering your puppy it will greatly reduce the risk of certain health related issues in un-fixed dogs, Cervical/ mammary & prostate cancers. There are NO benefits to raising a un-fixed dog other than breeding purposes.**

Purchaser must complete all 3 vaccination schedules and have written proof that this has been done for guarantee to be valid.

Purchaser agrees to feed a good high quality diet to said puppy. (Canidae “All Life Stages“, Wellness are good choices. Should you decide to change brands I must agree to changes in food choice otherwise congenital health guarantee is void should a covered health problem arise.

Purchaser acknowledges herein responsibility for maintaining the said dog/puppy in a healthy, clean and safe environment for the dog’s lifetime. Purchaser further acknowledges responsibility for any and all appropriate medical care that is necessary for maintaining the health and welfare or the said dog/puppy. Dog/puppy will not be kept chained to a stationary object. Dog/puppy will not be kept in a crate/kennel for extended/excessive periods of time.
